Dear Abomination Vaults backers,
Your support throughout the campaign and on our pre-order page has been amazing so far. We want to thank each and every one of you once again for your growing interest in the game.
Surveys are finally starting to be sent out!
Thank you for your patience. You’ll now be able to complete everything related to your pledges, such as your Discord username and t-shirt size if it’s part of your pledge rewards. We also have add-ons available to add to your pledge.
You’ll receive the survey in your inbox, so keep an eye out! If you have any questions or need support, we also have a ticketing tool on Discord.
Harsk painted bust
We wanted to share with you a little sneak peak of the painted bust of Harsk! This version is 150mm tall. We’d love to hear your thoughts. We really like it and we are excited to reveal more of the other painted iconics soon!

Pathfinder: Gallowspire Survivors
We're proud to showcase our Pathfinder: Gallowspire Survivors game, which we've been working on for some time. The game is a roguelite bullet hell survivor game arriving on PC later this year. This game takes inspiration from the Roguelite genre to create a fresh new experience set in the Pathfinder universe. It is completely different from Abomination Vaults, and we hope these two games will introduce the ever-expanding Pathfinder universe to a wider range of players and provide an opportunity for new people to join the existing community.
In Pathfinder: Gallowspire Survivors, players battle through Gallowspire, the legendary Pathfinder setting, as one of three heroes — and alongside, an ally of their choosing — until they face the Whispering Tyrant who awaits within. To get there, they must slay hordes of enemies, collect and upgrade an arsenal of powerful spells and weapons, and overcome deadly bosses — while growing stronger with each attempt.

We want to let you know our late pledges are available now on our Pre-order store. This is for anyone who missed the opportunity to pledge during the campaign. If you have already pledged, please wait to receive the post-campaign survey where you will be able to confirm add some Add-ons to your pledge via the Pledge Manager. Dear backers,
This Kickstarter campaign has been nothing short of an epic adventure, and its success wouldn't have been possible without you. Once again, the BKOM team would like to thank each and every one of you for your incredible support throughout this journey. 4802 backers, CA$ 460,837 collected and 4 Stretch Goals unlocked. Wow!
Together we’ve made the Pathfinder: Abomination Vaults game a reality, and we’ve unlocked 4 Stretch Goals:
- Potion-Crafting System: Nezrin Fizzletop
- Alternative Wardrobe and Outfit System
- The Runesmithing System & Kargas' Runeforge
- New Boss: The Dragon Ravirex
Our team is super excited to have reached those milestones!
Next Steps
Now that the campaign is behind us, here’s what’s to expect in the upcoming weeks:
- First of all, Kickstarter will process backers payment. It may take up to three weeks.
- The survey will be sent soon after. This will also be your chance to include Add-ons to your pledge.

Project Update #18: Wardrobe System Unlocked & New Kyra Miniature & Game Design details!

Dear backers,
Another Stretch Goal is unlocked thanks to you: Alternative Wardrobe and Outfit System!
Amelia Candlebright can fix up her grandmother's tailoring shop in town and offer bespoke tailoring and aesthetic options. Defeat enemies to collect rare dyes and fabrics which can be used to style up your hero. Because at the end of the day, we all know what adventuring is really about: Fashion!
Next up is: Runesmithing System & Kargas' Runeforge. Blacksmith Kargas Featherstone offers a quest to recover ancient runes, which he can use to customize your weapons and armor.
New Stretch Goal revealed: The Dragon Ravirex Boss
We’re happy to reveal the next Stretch Goal too!The terrifying dragon Ravirex winds his ways through the passages of the Abomination Vaults, feasting on its inhabitants and doing as he pleases. With this new optional boss, Ravirex will show his scaly face in the vaults. Defeating him isn't necessary for saving the day -- but reaching his vault of treasures could give the heroes new ways of destroying their enemies. And of course, dragon parts DO have many applications.
New Kyra miniature revealed!
Today we present to you the Kyra the Cleric miniature. With the power of Sarenrae at her disposal and an unflinching courage to face any evil in the name of life and light, Kyra ventures toward Gauntlight to protect her allies and dispatch the wretched creature who awaits within. All four iconics figurines have now been revealed!
Would you like to have these collectibles? Exclusive game miniatures can be obtained randomly via our Collector’s boxes and you can get extras to complete your collection with the Add-ons!
A bit more info about characters customization
Let’s talk about character customization a bit. As you know, in Pathfinder: Abomination Vaults, each character's progression can be tailored to create different playstyles and team compositions. You can customize your hero on who YOU want them to be.
Ezren, Kyra, Harsk and Amiri will feature a fully unique selection of feats that lets you tailor how you want to play in very different ways. Based on the feats you choose, for example, Harsk the dwarven ranger could become a tough melee fighter, a deadly crossbow expert or even a beastmaster with powerful animal companions. You may also want to mix and match from any of these paths to create your own version of Harsk. Your feat investments could be changed in the town of Otari -- we really do want you to be able to try out different play styles and moves without needing to start the game over.
You'll also be finding different weapons and items to wield while exploring the dungeon. These items are balanced against each other, so they're all interesting choices that tune your character differently. Leveling up will be in town and will happen after chapter completion.You might be able to further customize their characters equipment and appearance through some services available in town.
A bit more info on loot drops
Let’s go over Loot drops also. Our vision is to remain simple and thoughtful. Abomination Vaults is not focused on randomized loot drops, so the placement of loot is envisioned to be intentional. For example, finding a certain weapon in a boss's treasure trove, getting a powerful new item after completing a quest for someone in town, or finding a new weapon in a secret treasure room that you've discovered by examining the dungeon carefully. We might consider randomizing what loot appears at key spots throughout the game, but ultimately we want to go with what ends up feeling best via testing. Stay tuned! :)
